ELECTRIC HONEYDEW
Leaving 1 c green tea
1 tablespoon dried chamomile leaves
2 oz gin
3 leaves of anise hyssop
2 oz melon puree (puree in blender)
Lemon juice 3/4 oz
Agave syrup 1/4 oz
1 fennel frond, for garnish
In a pitcher or glass, mix green tea and chamomile leaves with gin and let stand for 3 hours at room temperature. Shred the leaves of anise hyssop, and then combined with tea infused gin, melon puree, lemon juice and agave in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a fennel leaf.

Lemongrass Lemonade
3 stalks lemongrass (available in major supermarkets)
1 cup agave syrup
1 oz lemon juice
1 1/2 oz vodka
4 oz of soda
Syrup: Place 2 stalks lemongrass, agave, and 1 cup water in a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain lemongrass except for two 1-inch pieces and mash. (Makes six servings 2 oz Syrup really keep in the refrigerator up to a week.)
Lemonade: Mix 2 ounces of syrup of lemon juice and vodka, shake well. Top with soda and garnish with lemon.

Rose Sangria
1 lemon
1 lemon
1 cup agave syrup
1 bottle of rose wine
1 bunch of mint
15 strawberries
20 raspberries
20 blueberries
20 mature
Syrup: Cut lemon and lime, and then combine them into a jar with agave and 1 cup of boiling water. Let cool, strain.
Sangria: Mix syrup, wine, mint and berries in a jar. Serve over ice and garnish each glass with some berries.
Makes 6 servings

4 green tomatoes, chopped
5 chopped green tomatillos
1 stalk of celery
3 mint leaves
1 jalapeno chili, seeded
5 stuffed olives
1/2 cup olive juice (from jar of olive oil)
1 cup orange juice
2 oz fresh lemon juice grated horseradish to taste
12 oz vodka
In a blender, combine all ingredients except vodka. Add the vodka mixture, then serve in tall glasses. Garnish with celery or mint, if desired.

1 ripe mango, peeled
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
4 oz 1% milk
2 c fat Greek yogurt
1 1/2 oz dark rum fresh pistachios
In a blender, puree mango and turmeric. Add milk and yogurt, then add the rum. Mix and serve with crushed ice. Garnish each glass with a pistachio.
